社会支持网络视角下社会工作者介入失能老人养老问题研究--以济南市某社区为例

At present, the function of aging care weakens, and community endowment model is unitary, and the institution of old-age care is imperfect. Based on social support network theory, problems existing in supporting status and social work service for the disabled old people are analyzed. By using the social work professional knowledge, the multiple social support networks are set up, and the professional social work service is strengthened, and the deficiency of family aging care function is made up. Taking the disabled old people service program of Ji'nan city as an example, this paper analyzes the defect of social work service and explores the effective approaches for social workers to intervene in the aging care of the disabled old people from the perspective of social support network.%目前，在家庭养老功能的弱化、社区养老模式单一、机构养老缺陷的情况下，可以从社会支持网络理论出发，分析失能老人的的社会支持现状和社工服务存在的问题，并用社会工作专业知识建立多元的社会支持网络，提高社工服务的专业性，弥补家庭养老功能的不足。本文以济南市某社会组织的失能老人服务项目为例，分析社工服务存在的缺陷，探索社会支持网络视角下社工介入失能老人养老的有效途径。
