湖南省生产性服务业空间集聚及其影响因素研究--基于城市空间面板模型

摘要

利用探索性空间数据分析方法对湖南省生产性服务业集聚程度进行研究，并通过构建普通计量模型与空间面板模型对生产性服务业集聚的影响因素进行对比分析。结果表明，湖南省生产性服务业集聚具有正的空间相关性，且各市州生产性服务业多为低值集聚区；人力资本、制造业集聚、信息化水平对湖南省生产性服务业集聚有显著的正向影响；考虑空间因素后，制度环境和创新水平的影响效果从显著变得不显著。%This article analyzes the services industry of agglomeration in Hunan Province by using the exploratory spatial data analysis, and it compares the influential factors of the services industrey agglomeration through building general and spatial econometric models. The conclusions are as follows:the producer services agglomeration in Hunan Province has a positive spatial auto correlation, and the producer services in cities are most low concentration areas; Human capital, manufacturing agglomeration and informatization level are of significant positive effects on the producer services agglomeration;considering the factor of space, the effects of institutional environment and level of innovation become insignificant.
