一种新的基于 SVC 和 MIVP 识别图像脉冲噪声的研究

摘要

利用基于统计理论的数字图像脉冲噪声统计量识别法MIVP法，结合SVC的图像脉冲噪声自适应滤波器，提出一种检测数字图像中脉冲噪声的新方法。实验表明，在不增加时间复杂性的条件下，这一方法的滤波效果比原先的SVC滤波器有明显的改善。%A new method for impulse noise detection was proposed using the statistical theory method called MIVP method combined with SVC impulse noise filter . The experimental results showed that the filtering effects were significantly improved comparing with the original SVC impulse noise filters without increasing its time complexity .
