Entrepreneurial behavior in the various parts to achieve high efficiency is very difficult, so a lot of knowledge- based start-ups failed in a very long time ago. Knowledge-based entrepreneurs not only need to be sensitive to the innovation in high-tech environment, but also the need innovative management of the new activities, marketing, and business models. This requires entrepreneurs venture in the early acts of the compound as the main resources of the entrepreneurial spirit of new enterprises to cope with possible recession.
