农业产业集群：农村城镇化建设的支点

Agricultural industrial clusters have a significant role in promoting the construction of rural urbanization. Agri-cultural industrial clusters can provide industry support for rural urbanization and cultivate new farmers in new towns. Howev-er, due to historical and realistic reasons, at present, there are still many problems in the development of agricultural industri-al cluster: the level of agricultural industrial cluster and is low, farmers ' culture and technology is on low level, the funds of development are severe shortage. To speed up urbanization, we shall accomplish the following main aspects: we develop scien-tific development planning of agricultural industrial cluster, create an environment conducive to the development of agricultural industrial clusters, raise funds actively, strengthen scientific and technological innovation.%农业产业集群对农村城镇化建设有重大的促进作用，它为农村城镇化建设提供产业支撑，同时它有利于为新型城镇培育新型农民。但是，由于历史的、现实的各方面原因，目前，农业产业集群发展过程中仍存在农业产业集群层次低、农民文化科技水平低、发展资金严重短缺等问题。今后应该采取制定科学的农业产业集群发展规划、创造利于农业产业集群发展的环境、积极筹集资金、加强科技创新等措施加快城镇化建设。
