薯蓣皂苷元对少弱精子症小鼠精子质量和生殖系统氧化应激损伤的影响

         

摘要

目的:研究薯蓣皂苷元对环磷酰胺诱导的少弱精子症模型小鼠精液质量及生殖系统氧化应激损伤的影响.方法:50只小鼠随机分为5组:正常组,模型对照组,薯蓣低剂量组,薯蓣中剂量组,薯蓣高剂量组,每组10只.除正常组外的各组小鼠以环磷酰胺诱导少弱精子症模型,观察薯蓣皂苷元对模型小鼠精子质量,脏器系数以及睾丸组织中SOD、MDA、T-AOC、ROS含量的影响.结果:与模型对照组比较,薯蓣中、高剂量组小鼠的睾丸、附睾脏器系数显著提高(P<0.05);同时薯蓣三个剂量组小鼠的精子质量和睾丸中SOD活力及T-AOC含量均提高,MDA、ROS含量均降低(P<0.05).结论:薯蓣皂苷元能改善少弱精子症模型小鼠的精子质量,提高脏器系数,减轻睾丸组织的氧化应激损伤.%Objective:To study the effect of diosgenin on sperm quality and oxidative stress injury of reproductive system in oligoasthenospermia(OAS) mice.Methods: Fifty Kunming mice were equally randomized into five groups: normal group, model group, low-dose diosgenin, medium-dose diosgenin, high-dose diosgenin.OAS models were made in the latter four groups of mice by cyclophosphamide.To observe the effects of diosgenin on sperm quality, organ coefficient and SOD, MDA, T-AOC and ROS contents in model mice.Results: Compared with the model group,diosgenin obviously increased the sperm quality,and improved the organ coefficient(P<0.05).Furthermore,diosgenin significantly increased the SOD and T-AOC activity, reduced the level of MDA and ROS in testicular tissue when compared with the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion: diosgenin can improve the sperm quality, increase organ coefficient, and reduce oxidative stress injury in testes of OAS mice.
