基于职业能力培养的高职院校项目课程开发研究

摘要

Course is the core of the training work,also is the bridge of the realization of talent training goals.As an effective course mode for student's professional ability training,project course is suitable for colleges to train technical skilled talents. Based on the professional ability training,vocational course development project emphasizes the professionalism、partialness and development of vocational education and the students'vocational adaptability and competency.The working process of the corre-sponded professional post is the main line of this paper which has proposed the the principles,basic path and mechanism of pro-ject course development.%课程是人才培养工作的核心，亦是实现人才培养目标的桥梁。项目课程作为培养学生职业能力的一种有效课程模式，适合高职院校培养技术技能型人才。基于职业能力培养的高职项目课程开发，重在体现高职教育的职业性、实践性和开放性，重视培养学生对职业岗位的适应力和胜任力，通过以职业岗位适应的工作过程为主线，提出了项目课程开发的原则、机制和路径。
