柿树硬枝扦插试验初报

摘要

Cuttings of 6 preselected strains of persimmon 〖WT BX〗(Diospyros kaki)〖WTBZ〗 were soaked in a new plant growth regulator for 24 hours and cut. The results were as follows:the healing rates of the cutting sect ion among the strains appeared extremely difference,the healing rates were 2.8% ～857%，the best was strain 9901(857%)，the second was strain 9902(667%). Results were analysed and newmethods of cuttage repreduction of persimmon we re put forward.%将初选的6个柿树株系插穗在新型植物生长 调节剂中浸泡24 h后扦插，结果表明：各株系插穗基部愈合率呈极显著差异。愈合率28% ～857%，9901株系最高(857%)，其次是9902株系(667%)。对试验结果进行了分析，提 出了柿树扦插繁殖的新思路。
