海峡两岸南海合作护渔维权的定位和选择

对于海峡两岸来说,南海问题既是挑战又是机遇,其直接考验着两岸同胞的智慧,尤其是两岸政策的定位和抉择.在两岸与周边国家之间的海上安全总体稳定的大局下,推动两岸南海合作虽一直未能成为两岸正式的政策,但共同维护包括渔业资源在内的南海权益,无疑是两岸同胞共同的呼声.可以说,推进两岸南海护渔维权合作是一篇大文章,也是大势所趋.当下,海峡两岸在包括护渔维权合作的南海问题上面临着重重激流险滩,不进则退甚至已经退无可退.%As for the Taiwan straits,the South China Sea Issue is both a challenge and an opportunity,for it directly tests the wisdom of the compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan,and particularly the orientation and choice of cross-strait policy.Under the overall situation of stable maritime security between both sides of the Taiwan Straits and the surrounding countries,to promote cross-strait cooperation in the South China Sea,although has not been the official policy,safeguarding the South China Sea including fishery resources rights and interests of compatriots on both sides is a common voice.To promote cross-strait cooperation in the South China Sea providing protection rights is a big issue and a general trend of events as well.At present,the South China Issue including providing rights cooperation across the Taiwan straits issue confronts many obstacles,either you keep forging ahead or you keepfalling behind.
