教学做合一哲学思想探源

         

摘要

Work shadowing accords with the occupation education laws and the principles of knowing the materials, which con-tains profound truth. After the in-depth research, we discover that the work shadowing includes three aspects:the dialectical con-cept of teaching according to learning;the epistemology to learn from actions;the teaching view of study from practice. The explora-tion of work shadowing will be help for knowing its connation, for practicing the work shadowing, for innovating the mode and meth-ods, which has an important significance on vocational educational teaching reform and innovation.%教学做合一符合职业教育规律和认识事物的规律,其中蕴含深刻的哲学道理。对其进行深入研究发现,教学做合一的哲学思想包括三个方面:以学定教的辩证观;以行获知的认识论;以做求学的教学观。对教学做合一哲学思想进行探源,有助于正确理解其内涵,有助于实践教学做合一,有助于创新教学做合一的模式与方法,对于职业教育教学改革创新具有重要意义。
