近年来，随着我国信息技术的飞速发展和深度变革，以互联网和手机为代表的新媒体营构成一个大环境，对当代大学生产生不容忽视的影响与催化作用。对新媒体环境下高校辅导员工作面临的机遇和挑战，提出了辅导员工作的一系列转型策略，以适应新媒体环境带来的问题，从而构建更为和谐的校园人文环境。%In recent years, with the rapid development of China's information technology and the depth of change, the new media as the representative of Internet and mobile phones has formed a large environment, which has brought incredible impact on contemporary college students. The opportunities and challenges faced by the college counselors under the new media environment, a series of transformation strategies are proposed to adapt to the new media environment, in order to build a more harmonious campus cultural environment.
