东部区域经济发展效率的研究--基于DEA的方法分析

摘要

本文是基于DEA的分析方法（主要是运用了DEA中的CCR与BBC模型），根据2007年-2011年我国东部区域的经济投入情况以及相应所带来的经济产出两方面的数据，对东部各省市地区经济发展效率进行研究分析，并对非DEA有效的地区进一步的运用投影分析的方法处理。通过BBC输入模型分别得到各省市地区五年的计量结果，对比各个省市地区的纯技术效率与规模效率，找出导致东部各省市地区经济发展效率不同的原因所在，并为提高各省市地区的经济发展效率提出相应的建议。%This paper is an analysis method based on DEA (mainly is to use the CCR and BBC models in DEA ) . Based on a study of situation of 2007-2011 China's eastern region economy and the two aspects of the economic output and the corresponding data , the author makes a study of the economic development of the eastern part , the efficiency of cities and regions and the non DEA effective area . By using the method of projection analysis processing , reviewing results of various provinces and cities in five years obtained by using the BBC input model , pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency compared to the various provinces and regions , the author finds out the reason leading to the efficiency of economic development in the eastern provinces of different area and tries to improve the efficiency of various provinces and cities in the economic development and finally puts forward the corresponding suggestion .
