It proposes that modern product -designed and resources-developed should pay more attention to the designing function , technology and the economic benefits basis on the characters of the products and the resources . The water tourism resource of Changzhutan triangle area plays a very important role in the national water-landscape resources because of the various species , rich subjects , beautiful modality (form ) as well as the water quality tenor . Because of the single and extensive traditional developing style , the original ecology resources were damaged seriously with the ineffectiveness it doesn't meet the inhabitants'needs and the development of Changzhutan triangle area . Thus , introducing the functionism in the water tourism resources development , implanting the modern technology , making the strategy fitting for the characters in the water resources-developed is one of the fixed factors of the landscape development and also is the support pillar for the industry transformation and low carbon of the tourism industry in Changzhutan triangle area .
