习仲勋对法治建设的贡献初探

摘要

Xi Zhongxun participated in the formulation of the Shensi Kansu NINGSIA border region a number of legal documents . After the founding of the PRC , he participated in the drafting , revision of the constitution of the Republic , leadership enacted many laws , and made important contribution to the construction of rule of law in new Chinese . In the long -term judicial practice , he gradually formed the justice for the people , justice , rule of law , which is of significance for today's construction of the rule of law .%习仲勋参与制定了陕甘宁边区多项法令文件。建国后，他参与起草、修定共和国宪法，领导制定了多部法律，为新中国的法治建设作出了重要贡献。他在长期的司法实践中，逐步形成了司法为民、司法公正等法治思想，这对今天的法治建设都有借鉴意义。
