Art design is a wide range of disciplines, with the development of the times, art design, foreground is very considerable, more and more students choose to study art and design of this subject, some higher vocational col-leges is bursting at the seams. The increase of students, lead to knowledge transfer is not average, after making the most of the students enter the society, can not adapt to the social environment, finding a job is hindered. Education should be good at discovering problems, and take corresponding measures to change the existing pattern, teach stu-dents in accordance with their aptitude, to cultivate more talents to adapt to social development.
