浅议因材施教在高职院校艺术设计教学中的实施

         

摘要

Art design is a wide range of disciplines, with the development of the times, art design, foreground is very considerable, more and more students choose to study art and design of this subject, some higher vocational col-leges is bursting at the seams. The increase of students, lead to knowledge transfer is not average, after making the most of the students enter the society, can not adapt to the social environment, finding a job is hindered. Education should be good at discovering problems, and take corresponding measures to change the existing pattern, teach stu-dents in accordance with their aptitude, to cultivate more talents to adapt to social development. Educators should discover the highlights of reform in education, good at innovation and reform, now follow the same pattern of teach-ing mode to improve, to create a new system of teaching, improve teaching efficiency and effectiveness.%艺术设计是一门多元化的学科,随着时代的发展,艺术设计的前景也非常可观,越来越多的学生选择了学习艺术设计这一学科,一些高职院校也是人满为患。学生的增加,导致知识传输的不平均,使得大部分学生进入社会之后,无法适应社会环境,找工作受到阻碍。教育者应当善于发现这些问题,并采取相应措施去改变既有的模式,因材施教,培养更适应社会发展的优秀人才。教育者应在教育中发现改革的亮点,擅于创新与改革,对现在千篇一律的教学模式加以改良,创建教学新体系,提升教学效率与效果。
