信息技术在技能型士官教育训练中的应用研究

摘要

本文从新时期技能型士官教育的特点入手，紧紧抓住信息技术这一关键点，阐述了信息技术在技能型士官教育中对操作训练、装备故障诊断和继续教育三方面的功用，并结合当前信息技术与技能型士官教育的应用现状，提出了信息技术在技能型士官教育训练中的应用前景，主要是在可视化操作、模拟仿真训练系统、继续教育交流平台和教学跟踪服务系统的应用，对现阶段技能型士官教育训练有一定的参考价值。%The paper starts with the characteristics of skilled-based non-commissioned offices' education in new period. To firmly hold the key point of information technology, it expatiates the three functions of information tech-nology on skilled-based education, including operation training, equipment fault diagnosisand continuing learning. Meanwhile, combined with today's information technology and application status of skilled-based education, it puts forward some new application prospects, which mainly in visual operation, imitation training system, communication platform for continuing learning and tracking service system for teaching and learning. Generally speaking, the paper has a certain reference value for current skilled-based non-commissioned offices' education.
