以科研创新能力为导向的学术型研究生培养模式改革与思考--以东北财经大学为例

摘要

从招生录取、课程设置、导师制度和学生原创能力等方面探讨了学术型研究生培养过程中所存在的问题，提出以科研创新能力为导向的学术型研究生培养模式的改革方向。通过增强学生科研原动力、开展探究式教学模式、完善导师组联合培养制度以及营造科研创新环境等来增强学术型研究生科研创新能力。%From the aspects of enrollment, curriculum, tutor system and student original ability, this paper dis-cussed the problems existing in the process of cultivating academic postgraduate, and put forward the reform direction of the cultivation mode of academic postgraduates oriented towards the ability of scientific research and innovation. We can enhance the scientific research innovation ability by strengthening the students' motive power of scientific re-search, carrying out inquiry teaching mode, improving the system of the joint training of the tutorial group and creat-ing the environment of scientific research innovation.
