权变理论视域下高校研究生教育管理体制探究

摘要

In the new era, Contingency Theory has been widely used in education management system of postgraduates in colleges and universities. From the perspective of Contingency Theory, the education management system of postgraduates should not only treat the internal education environment of postgraduates seriously, but also adapt to the changeable external environment positively. Hence, it requires the organization to be independent, flexible and diversified, the management system to be standard, scientific and completed, and the power of leadership system to be decentralized, and the work division of the party and government to be clear.%新时期，权变理论在高校研究生教育管理中得到广泛运用。权变理论视域下，高校研究生教育管理既要慎重对待研究生教育的内部环境，更需要积极适应其不断变化的外部环境。高校研究生教育管理体制适应内外部环境要求组织机构独立、灵活、多样；管理制度规范、科学、健全；领导体制权力下放、党政分工明确。
