经济新常态、创新能力与金融专业人才通识教育

         

摘要

在经济新常态下,经济增长对金融服务的需求逐步发生改变,金融行业发展步入新常态,从而对金融人才培养提出新的需求,要求金融专业人才具有创新能力,能够参与国际竞争。因此,在金融专业人才培养方面,必须注重国际化与创新能力的培养。创新能力必须建立在宽厚的基础之上,这要求实施宽口径、厚基础的通才式培养。实施通识教育有助于满足新常态下对金融专业人才创新能力等方面的需求。目前,财经院校在通识教育方面仍面临师资资源不足、缺乏有效的课外通识教育方式以及学生专业学习中的功利主义倾向等问题。通识教育最终体现在课程设置上,实施通识教育应从课程资源建设、师资队伍建设、教学方法创新、评价体系改革及校园文化建设等方面同时着手。%Under the new normal of economy, the demand of financial service by economic growth changes gradually, and the development of financial industry enters the state of new normal, which creates new demand in teaching financial majors. Financial professionals need to have creativity, and be competitive in global markets. Therefore, in cultivation of financial professionals, attentions should be paid to internationalization and creativity. Creativity must be based on sound basis, and it requires the general education with broad area and sound basis. The implementation of general education helps to meet the need of creativity of financial professionals under new normal. Currently, universities specialized in finance and economics are faced with lack of teaching resources, efficient ways of extracurricular general education, and the tendency of utilitarianism in professional study. General education eventually lies in the design of courses, and the implementation of general education should be carried out from the construction of course resources, teaching resources, innovation of teaching methods, reform of evaluation system, and the construction of campus culture.
