本文分析了职前英语教师专业发展存在的知识结构不合理、教师专业知识难以融合、课堂互动性决策能力薄弱以及专业发展条件欠缺等问题。在此基础上,提出了明确课程目标、改进教学方法、提高师范生实践能力、优化师范生专业发展环境等措施。%This thesis analyses the problems of improper construction of knowledge , the difficulty in teacher knowledge fusion , the weakness of interactive decision and the lack of opportunity for professional development for pre-service EFL teacher . Solutions such as understanding course objectives , improving teaching method , promoting student's practical ability and perfecting student's professional development environment are proposed .
