民族地区新升本科院校图书馆存在的问题与对策

摘要

民族地区新升本科院校图书馆主要存在人才匮乏、馆藏不尽合理、服务方式单一、软件建设跟不上等问题,必需以科学发展观为指导,认真反思,通过加强馆员队伍建设、优化藏书建设、开展特色服务、强化软件建设、重视服务细节等方式,提高自身实力,以便更好地发挥图书馆的教育与服务功能。%Newly-established universities＇ libraries in minority areas have many problems,for example,lack of personnel,unreasonable collection,single service,slow software construction and so on.So they must be guided by the scientific outlook on development,reflect seriously and carefully and enhance their strength by strengthening the librarian team construction,optimizing the collection construction,developing the characteristic service,strengthening software construction,attention to details of services and other means so that they develop the library education and service function better.
