基于 DEA 方法的可持续发展能力评估

摘要

针对可持续发展评估，通过DEA数据包络、Logistic预测和Simulink仿真等方法，运用M A T‐LAB等软件，综合分析诸如人口、资源、环境、经济等指标数据和可持续发展之间的关系。依托DEA 数据包络模型，给出可持续发展评估方法以及未来发展规划，并通过Matlab－Simulink模拟仿真，证明了本文给出的可持续发展评估和规划具有很高的可信度，适合对国际投资公司进行项目参考。%In view of sustainable development evaluation ,by means of DEA data envelopment ,Logis‐tic prediction and Simulink simulation ,the paper uses MATLAB software to take a comprehensive analysis on the relationship between sustainable development and index data of population ,resources ,environ‐ment ,economic and so on .Based on the DEA data envelopment model ,sustainable development evalua‐tion methods and the future development planning are given .And through Matlab‐Simulink simulation ,it is proved that the sustainable development assessment and formulation has a high reliability ,w hich is suit‐able for the project reference to some international investment companies .
