中原经济区建设人本发展政策支撑体系研究探微

摘要

Research on human-oriented policy supporting system in Central Plains Economic Region Construc- tion has an important positive significance. In view of the lack of human-oriented development policy and the supporting system has not been established, the human-oriented policy supporting system can be established from the following four aspects： public service as the goal of the government transformation, speeding up the transformation of economic development, the unique cultural advantage and harmonious social development. At the same time to design human-oriented policy supporting system and establish comprehensive support sys- tem.%中原经济区建设人本发展政策支撑体系具有重要的积极意义。针对当前人本发展政策缺失及支撑体系尚未建立的问题,从以公共服务为目标的政府转型、从加快转变经济方式、从独具特色的中原文化优势、从和谐社会发展目标构建人本发展政策支撑体系,同时设计人本发展政策支撑体系制度,建立人本发展政策综合性支撑体系。
