一种基于WindowsCE的手写体识别系统的实现

摘要

研究了基于模板匹配算法的手写体识别技术,通过图像预处理、图像特征提取、模板匹配和图像识别等,建立了一种基于WindowsCE的手写识别系统。%The handwriting recognition based on template matching algorithm is discussed, through the realiza- tion of image preprocessing, image feature extraction, template matching and image recognition, a handwriting recognition system based on Windows CE is established.
