基于学位中心学科评估论文查询系统,以机构发文量、总被引频次、被引率、机构影响因子、机构h指数为评价指标,对我国食品科学与工程学科的40家机构的学术影响力进行了比较。通过比较,分析了各机构在食品科学与工程学科方面的优势与不足。%The paper compares the academic influence of 40 institutions with food science and engineering disciplines based on Degree center-disciplinary assessment papers Query System according to such evaluation index as the number of articles published by institutions, frequency and proportion of citations, institutional impact factor and institutional h-index. The copmarison shows the advantages and disadvantages of the food science and engineering disciplines in various institutions.
