艾滋病高发区大学生艾滋病相关知识水平及其影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the knowledge level and its influencing factors concerning HIV/AIDS among college students living in highprevalence of HIV/AIDS in Henan Province and provide theoretical basis for the health education .Methods To take random cluster sampling method , choose college students as the object from a comprehensive university in Henan Province which is a higher prevalence areas , and survey by the self-designed questionnaire . Results 59 .4% of the college students had the AIDS related knowledge , 62 .3% had knowledge for transmission ways , 63 .1% had knowledge for HIV/AIDS prevention , and only 52 .5% had knowledge about HIV/AIDS in other fileds . The statistical differences of scores for AIDS knowledge exsisited respectively in different sex , different family source , different grade , different monthly expenditure , and different types . Conclusion The HIV/AIDS related knowledge level is low in the higher prevalent areas in Henan Province . Different characteristics of college students had difference in mastering AIDS knowledge . AIDS health education must target on special people , be overall , systemic , and comprehensive .%目的了解艾滋病高发地区大学生的艾滋病相关知识水平及其影响因素，为构建有效的健康教育模式提供理论依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法，选择艾滋病高发区河南省某综合大学在校非医学类大学生为调查对象，采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果艾滋病相关知识总知晓率为594．％，传播途径知识知晓率为623．％，预防知识知晓率为631．％，其他知识知晓率为525．％，艾滋病知识得分在不同性别、不同家庭来源地、不同年级、不同学生类别有统计学差异（ P ＜00．5）。结论河南省艾滋病高发地区某高校大学生艾滋病知识知晓率较低，不同特征的大学生对于艾滋病知识的掌握有差异，今后大学生艾滋病健康教育的开展要有针对性和重点性。
