降低社区矫正对象重新犯罪风险之策略——基于社区矫正风险评估的角度

摘要

Community Corrections recidivism risk has both objective factors,but also the object of its own correction factor,at the same time,there are many unreasonable design in community correction system,but also a correction of the underlying causes of re-offending object.Therefore,to establish and standardize pretrial risk assessment system;establish a scientific operational risk assessment process;enhance Community Corrections Correction assessment and education;perfect solution assistance and education correction mechanism,can the re-crimes risk be reduced in the lowest range.%社区矫正对象重新犯罪的风险既有客观因素,也有矫正对象自身的因素,同时,由于社区矫正制度设计存在诸多不合理之处,也成为矫正对象重新犯罪的潜在原因。因此,建立并规范审前风险评估制度,建立科学的风险评估操作流程,加强社区矫正对象考核和教育矫正,完善解矫帮教机制等,才能将重新违法犯罪的风险降低在最低范围内。
