基于终身教育理念的职业生涯规划教育有效模式研究--以旅游管理专业为例

Based on the idea of lifelong education, we should construct an effective mode of career planning education to realize the smooth jointing of secondary and higher vocational education and improve the quality of talents cultivation. The professional teachers and experts should go to the enterprises and carry out the analysis of job posts and career development of students, and then design various growth plans and paths for the students;construct a comprehensive and diversified teacher team of career planning education, and guide the students to plan effectively;implement teaching reform, integrate career planning education and professional teaching in order to allow student self-design plans in combination with daily learning and life to construct an effective mode of career planning education and stimulate student’s self-growth motivation and ultimately realize life-long education.%　　基于终身教育的理念，为实现中高职顺利对接，提高人才培养质量，应建立职业生涯规划教育的有效模式。必须由专业教师、行业企业专家深入进行企业岗位分析、学生职业成长分析研究，为学生设计多条成长方案和成长路径；构建各层次有效对接的课程体系，搭建成长的阶梯；组建全方位、多元化的职业生涯规划教育队伍，切实有效地指导学生进行规划；实施教学改革，将职业生涯规划教育和专业教学融为一体，让学生自主设计的规划能渗透到每天的学习、生活，方能构建职业生涯规划教育的有效模式，激发学生自我成长的学习动机，最终实现终身教育。
