论高校德育工作中人文关怀思想的发展维度

摘要

The humanity concern thought is not only an important content of moral education work in university,but also a pivotal form of carrying out the work. So we should fully understand that persisting and implementing the thought has a great significance on this work. Through analyzing the present situation and reasons of lacking humanity concern thought in moral education in universities,the paper proposes four development dimensions to strengthen the humanity concern thought. With the help of the four development dimensions,both the educational target and the humanistic development of university moral education will become true.%　　人文关怀思想既是高校德育工作的重要内容，也是开展高校德育工作的重要形式，因此要充分认识坚持和贯彻人文关怀思想对高校德育工作所具有的重要意义。文章通过分析高校德育工作中人文关怀思想的缺失现状及其原因，进而提出了强化人文关怀思想在高校德育工作中的四重发展维度，以此来实现高校德育工作的育人目标，促进今后高校德育工作朝着人文化的方向发展。
