当前我国社会体育指导与管理专业教学改革存在培养目标定位不清、专业方向过于宽泛、课程设置基本雷同、培养模式改革局限于课程的增减等问题。社会体育指导与管理专业改革的重点是转变教育思想观念，准确定位培养目标、构建“产学研”三位一体的运行机制及多元化与个性化相统一的培养模式，以培养社会体育指导与管理应用能力为主线设计学生的知识、能力、素质结构和培养方案，正确把握基础理论的内容，把素质教育贯穿于教学活动的全过程，以提高教育质量，提升专业内涵，促进其可持续发展。%There are some problems such as unclear orientation of training objectives ,too broad category of profes-sion ,similar curriculum setting ,reform of training mode limited to the increasing or decreasing of curriculum ,and so on.The key of profession reform of social sport guidance and management is to change the idea of education ,locate the training objectives correctly , construct the integrated running system of industry , school and research unit , and establish the integrated training mode of diversification and individuation ,so as to construct the structure and train-ing plans of student ’ s knowledge ,capability and quality designed by the main line of the training of applied abilities in social sports guidance and management ,understand the content of basic theories correctly ,and implement quality education over the whole process of teaching ,in order to improve the teaching quality ,promote the meaning of the profession ,and prompt its sustainable development .
