基于DEA的河南省农业循环经济效率评价

摘要

选择6个投入指标和3个产出指标,用DEA方法对河南省18个地市2005和2009年的农业循环经济进行评价分析,测算出各地市农业循环经济效率值.结果表明,河南省循环农业有效的地市数有所增加；化肥施用量过多和劳动力冗余,是制约其循环农业达到有效状态的主要因素.%Choosing six agricultural input and three agricultural output indicators and using DEA approach ,this paper analyzed agricultural circulation economy for eighteen cities of Henan in 2005 and 2009,estimating the agricultural circulation economy efficiencies for each city. The results show that the number of effective cities has increased apparently,and that the over uses of chemical fertilizer and surplus labors are the primary causes for invalid agricultural circular economy.
