辽宁省林权抵押贷款影响因素分析

摘要

Based on a set of survey data of 500 households from 50 villages located in 10 counties in Liaoning Province,this paper uses logit model to test farmers' willingness to use forestry-right mortgage loan and its influencing factors.The results show that under the current institutional system,many factors have significant influence on farmers' willingness to use forestry-right mortgage loan,including farmers' age,economic activities,their participation in forest land circulation,expenditure per capita and their access to science and technology service.%利用辽宁省10个县50个村500户林农调查数据,运用logit模型对林农林权贷款意愿及其影响因素进行实证分析.研究表明,在现行林权抵押贷款政策下,林农年龄、是否参与过林地流转、林农从事经营活动类型、人均支出以及是否接受过科技服务等因素均对林农进行林权抵押贷款意愿有显著影响.
