低温及光照对四季秋海棠叶片花色素苷合成的诱导及调控机理

     

摘要

This paper presents studies on the induction of low temperature and excess light energy pro-duced by different light intensities on anthocyanin biosynthesis in leaves of Begonia semperflorens.The results showed that LD(16/6 ℃,100 μmol·m-2·s-1)-exposed plants did not produce excess light energy,as compared with CC(25/15 ℃,200 μmol·m-2·s-1)-exposed plants.However,significant reductions in Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo,ФPSⅡ,qP,and PCR values,and significant increases in NPQ,HDR,H2O2,and O-2·production rates under both treatments of low temperature and constant light(16/6 ℃,200 μmol·m-2·s-1,LC)and low temperature and high light(16/6 ℃,500 μmol·m-2·s-1,LH)indicated that LC and LH treatments produced excess light energy in leaves of B.semperflorens.And more excess light energy was produced by the plants under LH treatment.At the same time,the production of excess light energy under LC and LH treatments was accompanied by an increased in the expression of anthocyanin synthesis genes BsPAL,BsCHS,BsF3H,and BsANS and ultimately in-creased the content of anthocyanins in the leaves.%本文研究了低温和不同光照引起的过剩光能对四季秋海棠叶片花色素苷的诱导作用.结果表明,以常温常光(25/15 ℃,200 μmol·m-2·s-1,CC)为对照,低温低光(16/6 ℃,100 μmol·m-2·s-1,LD)处理下植物没有产生过剩光能;而低温常光(16/6 ℃,200 μmol·m-2·s-1,LC)和低温高光(16/6 ℃,500 μmol·m-2·s-1,LH)处理下Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、ФPSⅡ、qP和PCR值的明显降低及NPQ值、HDR值、H2O2含量和O-2·产生速率的明显增加表明,LC和LH处理使四季秋海棠叶片产生了过剩光能,且植株在LH处理下产生的过剩光能更多.同时,过剩光能在LC和LH处理下的产生伴随着花色素苷合成相关基因BsPAL、BsCHS、BsF3H和BsANS表达的增强,最终使叶片中花色素苷的含量增加.
