以烤烟品系LY 1306-A,LY 1306-B,LY 1306-C三个相关姊妹系为材料,利用辐照诱变处理种子,以期从中筛选出株系优良、抗性显著的烤烟品系.通过对3个姊妹系烤后烟叶的质量评价,选择具有潜力的品种(系)进行辐照诱变,根据大田长势筛选优异单株,获得优异株系.结果表明,LY 1306-A品系的质量优于其他2个姊妹系,抗辐照能力较强,并由辐照后LY 1306-A经田间筛选获得3个优异株系AM2-10,AM2-12与AM2-40.%To select the elite flue-cured tobacco line with good quality and strong resistance to disease, 3 tobacco lines,LY 1306-A,LY 1306-B and LY 1306-C from the same background selection process were used as materials to be subjected to the electron beam irradiation and then the elite lines were se-lected among the treated seeds.The results showed that in the three lines LY 1306-A had better quality and stronger resistance to electron beam irradiation.Based on the fields performances three mutagenic lines AM2-10,AM2-12 and AM2-40 were selected from the progeny of LY 1306-A treated seeds.Re-sults indicated that electron beam irradiation induced the increase of the resistance to field diseases in the M2 generations.
