喷洒磷酸二氢钾和杀菌剂对强筋小麦郑麦366千粒重和品质的影响

         

摘要

A completely randomized block design with 9 treatments and 3 replications was used to investigate the effect of fungicides,triadimefon and carbendazim, and foliar fertilizers,Diniconazole and KH2PO4,applied at mid-later growth stage on 1000-kernel weight and flour quality of strong gluten wheat cultivar,Zhengmai 366. The application strategies of two fungicides and foliar fertilizers were: 1) triadimefon, carbendazim, diniconazole and KH2PO4 were applied three times at heading,flowering and grain filling stages,respectively,and 2) triadimefon,carbendazim,diniconazole and KH2PO4,separately applied once at flowering stage. The results showed that fungicides and foliar fertilizers had different influences on 1000-kernel weight and wheat flour quality. Wheat 1000-kernel weight of treatments with triadimef on, carbendazim, diniconazole and KH2PO4 applied three times increased 6.1% ,4. 4% ,2. 5% and 0. 8% ,respectively,compared to those of fungicides or foliar fertilizers applied only once,and increased 8. 2% , 12. 1% ,9. 4% and 7.9%,respectively, compared to that of the CK. Wet gluten content of treatments with triadimefon,carbendazim and KH2PO4 applied three times increased 1. 9,1. 7 and 1. 3 percentage points,respectively,compared to that of the CK. However,the treatment with diniconazole applied three times showed decrease by 0. 3 percentage points in wet gluten content compared to that of the CK. Treatments with tri-adimefon,carbendazim,diniconazole and KH2PO4 applied three times demonstrated 0. 3,1. 6,1. 6 and 0. 7 percentage points higher in drought gluten content than that of the CK. This study also showed that overmuch fungicides or foliar fertilizers had negative influence on wheat flour quality. The dough stability time of treatments with Triadimefon, carbendazim, diniconazole, and KH2PO4 applied three times was 4 min,5 min,l min and 3 min less than that of the CK. Triadimefon, Carbendazim, and KH2PO4 applied three times showed 3 min,3 min and 2 min less dough stability time compared to treatments of application once of the above fungicides or foliar fertilizers. No difference was observed between three times and one time application of diniconazole in dough stability time. Application of fungicides and foliar fertilizers at mid-later growth stage could increase 1000-kernel weight and improve flour quality of strong gluten wheat,but concern should be given to the application time and amount.%以小麦品种郑麦366为试验材料,研究了小麦生长后期叶面喷洒磷酸二氢钾和杀菌剂对强筋小麦千粒重及品质的影响,以期为高产优质高效栽培措施的制定提供依据.结果表明,喷磷酸二氢钾和杀菌剂对小麦千粒重和品质有不同程度的影响.喷施3次粉锈宁、多菌灵、禾果利、磷酸二氢钾的处理,其千粒重分别比喷洒1次的处理高6.1%、4.4%、2.5%和0.8%;分别比喷洒清水对照高8.2%、12.1%、9.4%和7.9%,差异达到显著或极显著水平.叶面喷磷酸二氢钾和杀菌剂影响小麦湿面筋和干面筋含量,喷施3次粉锈宁、多菌灵、磷酸二氢钾的处理小麦湿面筋含量分别比喷洒清水对照高1.9、1.7和1.3个百分点,只有喷洒3次禾果利的处理比对照减少0.3个百分点;喷施3次粉锈宁、多菌灵、禾果利、磷酸二氢钾的处理小麦干面筋含量分别比喷洒清水对照高0.3、1.6、1.6和0.7个百分点.但过度喷施杀菌剂对郑麦366的加工品质有一定程度的副作用,其中喷施3次粉锈宁、多菌灵、禾果利、磷酸二氢钾的处理面团稳定时间分别比喷洒清水对照减少4min、5min、1min和3min;喷施3次粉锈宁、多菌灵、磷酸二氢钾的处理面团稳定时间比喷施1次(扬花期)的处理分别减少3 min、3min和2min,只有喷洒3次禾果利的处理与喷洒1次的处理相同.
