河南省农业科技创新体系建设面临的问题及对策建议

摘要

The inherent request of agriculture and rural economy development is to accelerate the agricultural science and technology innovation system construction.This paper analyzed the achievements and problems of agricultural science and technology innovation system construction,and proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the coordinated development among industrialization,urbanization and agriculture modernization,such as establishing the longacting mechanism for the steady increase of agricultural research investment,reforming and improving operation mechanism,strengthening construction of talent team.%加快农业科技创新体系建设,是农业和农村经济发展的内在要求,也是全面建设社会主义新农村的迫切需要.在阐述目前河南省农业科技创新体系建设取得成绩和存在问题的基础上,提出建立农业科研投入稳定增加的长效机制、改革和完善运行机制、加强科研人才队伍建设以推动“三化”协调发展的对策建议.
