猪轮状病毒性腹泻及继发感染的诊断

摘要

Rotavirus infection was caused by porcine rotavirus mainly in piglets anorexia,vomiting,diarrhea,dehydration and acid-base balance disorder characteristic symptoms of the disease.When in the poor sanitary conditions,rotavirus occur with pathogenic Escherichia coli mixed infection,could make an illness aggravating,the fatality rate increased.In view of the Beijing some piglets fatality cases,according to the clinical symptom of the disease,pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis,mixed infection with rotavirus,Escherichia coli,Pasteurella and Actinobacillus was discovered.%猪轮状病毒感染是由猪轮状病毒引起的主要以仔猪厌食、呕吐、腹泻、脱水和酸碱平衡紊乱为特征性症状的疾病,当卫生条件不良,轮状病毒会出现与致病性大肠杆菌等混合感染,可使病情加剧,病死率增高。这篇文章针对北京某一猪场仔猪病死病例情况,根据该病的临床症状、病理变化以及实验室诊断,发现有轮状病毒、大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌和放线杆菌等的混合感染。
