针对喂入量对水稻清选性能的影响开展试验研究,得到并分析了筛面的清选效果分布规律,研究结果表明:随着喂入量的增大,落向筛面的脱出物逐渐增多,致使筛子负荷增加,筛孔通过率减少,同时增大了风阻,从而削弱了风选效果,使含杂率有所上升。通过研究,可为新型清选装置的设计、制造和使用提供可借鉴的依据。%The experiment research was made on rice cleaning performance under the influence of the feed rate and analyzed the regularity of distribution of the cleaning effect on the screen surface,the results showed that: with the feed rate increasing,the emerging object of the screen surface gradually increased to cause sieve load increasing,at the same time,sieve passing rate was reduced and the wind resistance was increased,so the effect of winnowing was weakened and the impurity rate was increased.By means of research,a reference basis could be provided for the design,manufacture and use of new cleaning device.
