控释尿素对春小麦根系活力和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响

摘要

研究控释尿素对春小麦不同生育期根系活力和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。采用盆栽试验,以自行研制的3种控释尿素和普通尿素为氮源,测定小麦拔节期、孕穗期、开花期、乳熟期春小麦根系活力、植株全氮含量和籽粒中蛋白质含量高。控释尿素能改善春小麦各生育期根系活力,提高植株各生育期全氮含量和籽粒中蛋白质含量,其中控3处理效果最好,可以作为此小麦品种的最佳氮源。%Effects of controlled release urea on the root activity and the content of grain protein of spring wheat was studied by pot culture,three kinds controlled release urea and common urea were used as nitrogen to determine the root activity and the concent of total nitrogen of the spring wheat in the jointing 、booting、anthesis、milky stage,and the content of grain protein of spring whea.The results showed that in treatments using controlled urea the root activity and the concent of total nitrogen of the spring were higher than those treatments using commom urea,The controlled urea 3 was the best nitrogen for the kind of spring wheat.
