植质钵育秧盘物料混合搅拌装置的设计研究

         

摘要

A forced single axis horizontal double screw mixing unit was designed with practical experience through the characteristics of blow-seeding tray material and the analysis of movement to develop a mixing device applied to plant blow-seeding tray material. It was that convective motion and diffusional motion of blow-seeding tray material,and the macroscopic homogeneous mixing of material could be implemented to make the mixed material receive the performance requirements of blow-seeding tray suppression. Practice was proved that after material was mixed, the mixing of blow-seeding tray material affected more obviously than that of universal equipment.It solved cluster phenomenon of the material and protected the properties of blow-seeding tray suppression.%旨在研制一种适用于植质钵育秧盘物料混合搅拌机,通过对秧盘物料的特性和所需运动形式分析,结合实践经验设计一种强制式单轴卧式双螺带搅拌装置。其能够实现秧盘物料的对流运动和扩散运动、实现配方物料宏观上的均匀混合,使混合后的物料达到秧盘压制后的性能要求。实践证明,物料经?昆合搅拌结束后,秧盘物料的搅拌效果与使用通用设备对比效果明显,解决了物料结团现象,从而使秧盘压制后的性能得到保障。
