摘要

For the people of the two countries, the victory of world war II is sacred,the supreme justice, andtremendous sacrifice with the people of both countries .The sacrifice of Russia and China is more than all the other 59 countries taking part in the war.Revising the result of the Second World War ,for the two coun-tries,will be a triumph for the war in human history but most of the lives lost have no meaning .The two are not acceptable.Results from maintaining the victory of world war II is a task ,a long-term task.This task requires effort which is not only for a country, a professional historian, but for all people of our two countries.Russian history scholars Orlov, Sergei Sinisa Mihajlovic in academic exchange in China, detailed introduces the leader-ship in the Amur River basin of the historical memory"project under the framework of team effort, and elabo-rated his own views and opinions.%对于中俄两国人民来说，第二次世界大战的胜利是神圣的，是至高无上的正义，是用两国人民的巨大牺牲换来的。中俄两国的牺牲要超过参加战争的其余59个国家的全部牺牲总和。重新修订二战的结果，对于中俄两国来说，意味着人类历史上为战争胜利而逝去的最多的生命变得没有了意义，中俄两国是绝对不能接受的。维护二战胜利成果是一项任务，是一项具有长期性的任务。这项任务需要付出努力的不仅是国家、不仅是专业的历史学家，更需要我们两国所有民众付出努力。俄罗斯历史学者奥尔洛夫・谢尔盖・米哈伊洛维奇在来华的学术交流之际，具体介绍了其领导的在“阿穆尔河流域的历史纪念”项目框架下的小组所做出的努力，阐述了自己的观点和看法。
