二元三周期光子晶体透射能带特性的研究

         

摘要

The transmission spectrum of one - dimensional photonic crystal ( AmC,Am ) k is investigated by transfer matrix method. The results show that there is one relative wide transimission band in the wavelength range of 1 900 ~ 2 500 nm, and multiple resonance transmission peaks appear at both sides of the pass band; the number of the transmission peak is the same as that of the structure cycle k - 1. When the numbers of structure cycle m, n and k have changed, the transmission band reaction is very sensitive. The transmission spectrum of photonic crystal moves to red - ray direction (redshift) with increasing m or n or m and n. When m is increased, the redshift is the fastest, the slower redshift as m and n are increased at the same time. When m or n or m and n are increased re- spectively, the quality factor of transmission peak is improved. These characteristics provide referential significance for practical design and application of photonic crystal.%用传输矩阵法理论研究二元三周期一维光子晶体(AmCnAm)k的透射谱,结果发现:在1 900~2 500 nm波长范围内,透射能带谱中出现一个较宽的透射通带,通带两侧的禁带中分别出现两组多条窄带共振透射峰,两组透射峰的条数均可分别由周期数k调节,且条数与k-1数值对应;光子晶体(AmCnAm)k透射能带谱对重复周期数m、n、k变化反应灵敏,当增大m,或增大n,或增大m、n时,光子晶体的透射谱向长波方向移动,即出现红移现象,其中m增大时透射谱红移速度最快,m、n同时增大红移速度次之;随着k,或m,或n,或m、n的增大,光子晶体透射峰的品质因子均不同程度的得到提高。这些特性对光子晶体的实际设计和应用均具有一定的指导意义。
