Based on English teachers in rural schools in Hechi, Guangxi, the paper tries to explore an ap-proach of constructing English teacher professionalization in rural schools from the following aspects: construct learning organization to enforce teachers’ professional knowledge;innovate training mode to improve teachers’ pro-fessional ability;advocate action research to promote teachers’ research level;encourage lifelong learning to speed teachers’ professional awareness;call for practical reflection to boost teachers’ professional development;improve evaluation system to further teachers’ happiness education.%以广西河池农村中小学英语教师为例,探讨其专业化建设路径,主要是构建学习组织,夯实教师专业知识;创新培训模式,提升教师专业能力;倡导行动研究,提高教师教研水平;提倡终身学习,催生教师专业自觉;强化实践反思,促进教师成长发展;完善评价制度,生成教师幸福教育。
