核心价值观塑造过程中高校思政课教师职业精神的培育

         

摘要

In the process of core values shaping , teachers of ideological and political theory course in high-er learning institute are both education subjects and audience subjects .Professional spirit cultivation of teachers of ideological and political theory course can be expressed from three aspects: “loyalty to the nation”,“civilization popularization” and“teaching and cultivating students”.The main approaches of cultivating teachers ’ professional spirit include the following:cultivate professional spirit in the practice of undertaking vocation mission;strengthen professional spirit in the practice of dealing with occupational stress and develop professional spirit in the practice of shaping professional quality .%核心价值观塑造过程中高校思政课教师既是教育者主体又是受众主体,思政课教师职业精神培育可以从“国家忠诚”、“文明教化”、“教书育人”等三个层面加以表述。思政课教师职业精神培育途径主要有:在承担职业使命的实践中培育教师职业精神、在应对职业压力的实践中强化教师职业精神、在塑造职业素质的实践中发展教师职业精神。
