一种考虑连锁过载和隐性故障的电网脆弱区域分析方法

         

摘要

针对电网的连锁过载现象,提出了一种划分和识别电网脆弱区域的算法.首先从初始故障支路对剩余系统支路产生作用的角度,提出了受动敏感性和使动敏感性的概念,然后在考虑继电保护隐性故障的模式下,给出了初始故障支路和剩余系统支路之间的关联作用指标以及初始故障支路对剩余系统支路形成敏感性的指标,将这些指标作为特征输入量给出了一种基于聚类方法的电网脆弱区域的划分和识别算法,并在IEEE 39节点系统上进行了算例分析,验证了算法的合理性.%Based on DC flow algorithm, the key correlation factors for cascading successive failures are analyzed. Furthermore, with the probability model of hidden failure of relay considered, the sensitive behaviors in cascading successive failures are analyzed, and effects of the key correlation factors on the sensitive behaviors are analyzed. Then,based on the key correlation factors and the sensitive indexes,and from the view of subjecting and actuating,the basic structure and algorithm for distinguishing sensitive areas in power network under the condition of cascading successive failures are proposed. Some examples with IEEE 39-bus test system show the rationality of the algorithm.
