提升河北省服务外包业竞争优势的策略研究

服务外包业是随着经济全球化和服务业转移而产生的新兴产业，发展服务外包对河北省产业转移具有重要意义。分析了河北省服务外包业的发展现状，通过与京津比较剖析了影响河北省服务外包业发展的主要因素，进而提出河北省服务外包业存在的问题、提升河北省服务外包业竞争优势应加大人才的引进和培养、加强区域和企业之间的合作、提高企业的综合实力。%Service outsourcing industry is a new industry arising with economic globalization and the transfer of services. The development of service ontsourcing industry in Hebei Province is important for industrial transfer. This paper analyzes the development status quo of service outsourcing industry in Hebei Province. This paper analyzed the main factors that affect the development of service outsourcing industry compared with Beijing and Tianjin, then proposed the problems in the development of service outsourcing industry in Hebei Province, concluded that in order to enhance competitive advantages, we should increase the introduction and training of talent, strengthen cooperation between regions and enterprises, improving the enterprise's comprehensive strength.
