刘亚娴教授灵活运用黄芪甘草汤经验研究

摘要

黄芪甘草汤出自《医林改错》,原方载“治老年人溺尿玉茎痛如刀割,不论年月深久,立效”.刘亚娴教授临床上灵活运用此方,并重用黄芪和甘草效如桴鼓,现研究刘老灵活应用黄芪甘草汤经验,为进一步拓展该方的应用提供了思路.%Huangqi Gancao Tang (Astragalus and Licorice Decoction) is from Correction of Errors in Medical Works.The original prescription carried that " it treats severe painful urination of aged people with immediate effect no matter how many years it lasts".Professor Liu Ya-xian applies this formula flexibly in clinic and pays much attention to the immediate effects of huangqi and gancao.This paper is to study the experience of Professor Liu in application ofHuangqi Gancao Tang,providing a way to further expand the application of the formula.
