高职院校生源多样化背景下分层培养模式初探——以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例

Diverse selection mechanism brought by enroll-ment system reform makes the vocational colleges students have a feature of diversification. To response to this change, realize the diversification of training goals of vocational col-leges, vocational colleges should actively change their ideas, explore and promote the level-based cultivation.%　　招考制度改革带来的多样化选拔机制使得高职院校的生源呈现出多样化的特点。为应对这一变化，实现多样化的人才培养目标，高职院校应积极转变观念，探索和推进分层培养模式，实现因材施教。
