在全面建成小康社会的过程中，城市社区治理扮演着十分重要的角色。目前，我国城市社区党建工作中还存在着对社区党建工作认识不到位、社区党支部建设不足、社区党组织设置落伍等问题，这些问题制约着基层社会治理的发展。为此，必须强化社区党组织的地位，创新党建工作的形式与内容，发挥党员模范带头作用，加强党组织建设，从而巩固基层党组织的地位。%In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way, urban community governance plays a very important role. However, the recent years witnessed many problems in party construction of community, such as: lacking of understanding, being short of party branch, outdated party organization, all of these problems restrict the development of grassroots social governance. Therefore we must strengthen the status of the community party orga-nization, innovate form and content of party construction, play exemplary role, and intensify the construction of the party organization, so as to firm the status of communist party at the grass-roots level.
