基于高校二级学院党组织加强和改进大学生党员后续教育管理的思考

摘要

The primary-level organizations are the basis of the Party and the foothold of the Party’s whole work.In universities,the Party organizations in secondary colleges play this role and become the ex-ecutor that enforces and improves the undergraduate Party members’continuing education management. Starting from the importance and existing problems,the paper suggests that universities and colleges should advance ideological understanding,bring forth educational ideas,perfecting management styles,and optimize configuration.%中国共产党的基层组织是党的基础，是党的一切工作的落脚点。二级学院党组织是高校的基层组织，是加强和改进大学生党员后续教育管理的具体落实者。从加强和改进大学生党员后续教育管理的重要性以及二级学院党组织、大学生党员自身存在的问题入手，提出二级学院党组织加强和改进大学生党员后续教育管理的对策：提高思想认识是加强和改进大学生教育管理取得成效的前提；创新教育内容、改进教育管理方式是加强和改进大学生教育管理取得成效的重要途径；优化配置，打造高素质的党务工作队伍是加强和改进大学生后续教育管理取得成效的重要保证。
